Trent Wins CMA Case Competition

Congratulations to a group of students from Trent University for winning the CMA Case Competition on January 26th.
The team led by Matthew Haire walked away with a trophy and $5000 cheque.
Second place went to a team from the University of Toronto’s St. George campus.
Real World Challenge

RSM Richter is hosting a Real World Challenge in March.
The case competition will be held on March 8th in Toronto and March 15th in Calgary.
Registration deadline is January 31st.
The winning teams will receive $4000.

The application deadline is January 29th if you want to run for president. The application deadline is February 5th for other executive positions.
ASBAA Hosts GAAPS Conference

The event is for first and second year students who want to learn about the different accounting designations.

The registration deadline is February 7th.
Fees: $300 for teams of three. $250 if you register before January 31st.
